Guidelines For New Membership:
New memberships are only being accepted through May, 2011.
You must...
- You must have a sponsor.*
- You must attend a General Membership Meeting. (First Friday of each Month.)
- You must attend the next Director's Meeting. (Third Thursday of each Month.)
- You must attend the next Membership Meeting.
- You must attend at least 1 more Membership Meeting during the year.
- You must submit a membership application.
- You must submit your initiation fee of $200. (One time fee.)
- You must pay your yearly membership dues of $120.
- You must agree to meet minimum volunteer hours requirement.**
- Club keys available at Meeting with refundable deposit of $2.
- Voting rights will be granted after membership for one year.
- Dues must be paid by February 28th of the current year.
- Dues will be waived if member gets an upper level Advertising Sponsor. (Hours still required.)
- Dues will be waived for following year if member's name is drawn at Membership Meeting and that member is present. (Hours still required.)
- A member attaining the age of 65, and having been a member in good standing for a minimum of five years will be eligible to become and FVSA Life Member.

Sponsor must have been a member of FVSA for at least two years and be a voting member. Sponsor responsible for acquainting new member with the grounds, rules, etc. |

Required Hours:
Husband, Wife, & Children - 35 hours
Husband & Wife - 35 hours
Individual Adult - 17 hours
If hours requirement is NOT met dues will be $600.
Children 10 years old and older will be able to contribute to their parents hours requirements (smaller children can still help mom or dad of course).
Single parents count as Individual members if their children are under the age of 10.
College students/young adults my have their own membership (with voting rights) or may continue on the family membership until 21.
